It’s impossible to ignore gravity. Until you start trying. Welcome to contemporary consulting.
Contemporary Consulting Studio
In 2011, Ignore Gravity was founded as a studio for contemporary consulting in Berlin. Our studio is a third place where we create platforms, tools, events and communities that we feel are lacking in our world. The common underlying theme: bringing people into entrepreneurial collaboration and out of their gravities. Currently, we’re working on these projects & ventures…
Is there a way to design a sustainable innovation culture?
Where’s the platform to discover creative spaces across the world?
Where’s the edgy magazine that triggers a discourse about the Next Society?
How to dig into the most vibrant start-up ecosystem worldwide?
Our doors have always been wide open for people who want and need to ignore gravity in other contexts. We’ve worked with large corporations, family run businesses, start-ups, NGOs, agencies and universities. With them we’ve designed & facilitated strategy workshops, (un)conferences, art exhibitions, merger processes, learning journeys and innovation camps.
Still every project had two things in common: A challenging question to begin with. And the guts to jointly break patterns, rules and ways of thinking.

How can young (<30) and older (60+) creatives inspire each other?
Can HR professionals experience the future of work in one afternoon?
Can designers and teachers collaborate to not kill kids’ creativity in school?
Can a dedicated innovation space change the corporate culture?
How to transform a traditional family business into an agile company?
How can you feed a market leader with entrepreneurial spirit?
Does 1 + 1 really equal 3 in a merger process?
How to prepare leaders to cope with uncertainty?

How to ignore the gravity when it comes to strategy development?
Team & Community
IGNORE GRAVITY was founded by pretty different human beings in terms of age, background and skills. But we all love to work on the intersections of society, economy, technology and arts & culture. And we all get goosebumps when we witness groups entering a great mode of collaboration and flow.
Yet, what’s more important than us: We work with a community of amazing other people and organizations on our different projects. They are all worth a (digital) visit – so have a look!
